Nurture your mind. Nurturing your mind encourages its growth and development.

In my blog post about self care, I stressed the importance of self care and feeding your mind. Paying attention to what you feed your mind spiritually, emotionally, and physically is important because it affects your self consciousness, the decisions you make and your overall mental health and well being. My self care routine listed 6 key steps to feeding your mind positivity before you start your day. Nurturing is one of the key steps in my self care routine.

Definition of nurture: 

To care for and encourage the growth or development of 

Encourage the growth and development of your mind with affirmations.

Affirmations are statements that you write or say, which helps you to challenge and overcome negative thoughts. Affirmations are so powerful because if you say them repeatedly you begin to manifest them into your brain, eventually you will begin to believe them. Nurture your mind by writing affirmations that will manifest positivity and growth in your life.

Affirmations 

  1. I am powerful. 
  2. I have the power to create change. 
  3. I am strong. 
  4. I will become who I aspire to be.
  5. I am in control of me. 
  6. I will accomplish all of my goals. 
  7. I am great.
  8. All is my hard work will pay off.
  9. I have the faith that everything will work out in my favor.
  10. Today will be a positive day!
